General Assembly
The General Assembly comprises all members of the group and takes all decisions relative to the administration of the group. It deliberates on such matters as approval of the programme and the annual activity report; projected income and expenditure and amendments; approval of the financial accounts for each financial year and decisions on how any earnings are to be allocated; decisions regarding any modifications to the agreement or the admission of new members.
The General Assembly meets at least twice a year, as convened by the chairman, to discuss an agenda set by the latter.
